Reviews and Ratings
We had an amazing time at Ray Caye! The island feels truly magical with gorgeous surroundings and warm ocean water. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with lovely views. The food was fantastic, especially the fish dishes, but I wish there had been more coffee options available. Overall, it was an incredible experience that I would recommend to anyone considering a getaway.
My stay at Ray Caye Resort was truly a dream come true! The staff was super accommodating and the food was some of the best I've ever had. I did experience some minor issues with storage in the rooms and a few inconveniences with day visitors at the facility, which took away from the overall tranquility. But the activities available and the beautiful surroundings made it all worthwhile.
My stay at Ray Caye was simply unforgettable! The location is pristine, offering breathtaking views and excellent snorkeling right offshore. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed delicious meals, especially the fish dishes, although I wished for a bit more variety in coffee options. Though there were a couple of minor hiccups with the dive operations, the overall experience was fantastic, making it a perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure.
Ray Caye is a hidden gem that offers everything for an unforgettable getaway. The resort is stunning, with oceanfront views from nearly every room, and the staff makes you feel like royalty. Each meal was a culinary delight, truly a highlight of our stay. However, the biggest downside was having to say goodbye when it was time to leave; we could easily have stayed longer!
Hatchet Caye is a lovely resort with stunning views and excellent snorkelling opportunities, but it falls short with food restrictions and price concerns. The rooms offer a beautiful beach view, and the staff is genuinely nice. However, the one restaurant limits dining options, and the choppy sea conditions can be frustrating for snorkelling enthusiasts. Overall, it's a nice getaway, but I might prefer the Maldives next time due to these drawbacks.
